Confidentiality
We will discuss it in sessions what confidentiality means when it comes to therapy session. This is something I take very seriously for your own safety and comfort.
Cancellation Policy
There is a 24 hour cancellation policy. Sessions cancelled within the 24 hour time frame will be charged in full. This is so I can give that spot to someone else who may need it. If it's an emergency situation, this fee will be waived. I do ask that we discuss it so i know you are OK! Thank you for understanding.
Insurance
I provide receipts for you and you can then submit to your extended benefits if that applies for you. Please check with your insurance provider if you are questioning your coverage.
Counselling is an investment in yourself and I honour that commitment and help clients get the most they can out of our session time.
