My Approach to Therapy

I believe whole-heartedly in the mind-body link and I use an integrative and research-based approach to therapy.

 

I focus on how you are feeling and what is happening in your body. So many of us are feeling the stress of the world right now and along with our individual life situations, tension is building up in our body and causing anxiety and overwhelm and we need support. I believe all of us can benefit right now from therapy!

 

Each client has a unique and truly touching story.

 

Every one of us is coming from a life full of events, losses and celebrations, and a family system of rules and patterns. ALL of these have shaped who we are today. 

 

Together we will figure out what is working for you and what is not. I will give you coping mechanisms and shine a light on your life and help you see things from a new perspective so that you and your life can shift to how you want it to be!
